Hayley Walker is a seasoned Senior Administrator with a strong foundation in corporate administration, built through her experience in the City of London at Lloyd’s of London and international law firms. She joined Group ADP over a decade ago and has since played a pivotal role in shaping and managing administrative operations across various businesses and teams within the Group.

At Group ADP, Hayley is known for her expertise in establishing efficient administrative routines and consistently delivering high-quality service across all projects. Her structured approach and attention to detail ensure that every function she oversees runs seamlessly.

As part of her Group role, Hayley coordinates the administrative operations of Chelsea Doctors Limited, the flagship healthcare venture of Group ADP. Her leadership has been instrumental in the organisation’s growth, including its recent expansion from Chelsea to Harley Street—the renowned "medical capital" of London—where it continues to deliver outstanding healthcare services.

In her expanded role, Hayley now also oversees the administrative functions of Shewell Women's Wellness and Harley Street GP Concierge. She ensures smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently high standard of service delivery. Drawing from her extensive background managing diverse teams and complex projects, Hayley is well-equipped to lead and inspire her administrative teams across the Group’s healthcare entities.

Medical Services

 Coordinator

Sanam Khan is a HCPC Registered Biomedical Scientist with a Bsc Honours  in Medical Science.  She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science, focusing on cutting-edge topics including personalised medicine and medical biotechnology. Sanam  has extensive experience in both NHS clinical laboratories and the pharmaceutical industry. Haematology, Blood Transfusion, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-compliant environments, Sanam has developed a reputation for precision, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Her professional journey includes roles at renowned institutions such as Hull University Teaching Hospitals, Worcester Royal Hospital, and Reckitt Benckiser, where she has contributed to technical documentation, internal audits, product stability studies, and method development aligned with ISO15189 standards.  

Sanam is also deeply committed to community engagement. She is a qualified badminton coach, multilingual communicator, and an active volunteer in humanitarian initiatives across the UK and internationally. Her combination of scientific rigour, cross-sector experience, and community involvement positions her as a well-rounded professional in the field of biomedical science. Sanam leads the Medical Services to be of the highest standards by supporting  the Doctors  and Health Services Team to provide a Expert, modern and timely service to all served by Chelsea Doctors.

Governance & Compliance Consultant

Wendy Cookson is a highly accomplished healthcare leader with over 30 years of nursing experience and a proven track record in transforming clinical and organisational performance. With expertise spanning frontline care to strategic leadership, Wendy has successfully led initiatives in strategy development, turnaround planning and delivery, regulatory compliance, and clinical and corporate governance.

Since 2011, Wendy has worked independently, supporting healthcare organisations across the UK to enhance the quality of care, strengthen governance frameworks, and achieve sustainable regulatory compliance. She has directed multiple organisations out of CQC Special Measures, demonstrating a results-driven approach to performance improvement and a deep commitment to clinical excellence.

Combining her background as a nurse and autonomous practitioner with board-level advisory experience, Wendy brings a rare and valuable perspective to healthcare transformation—grounded in compassion, informed by data, and focused on outcomes.
